Within the walls of this property you will find space for parking and plenty of shade from a mature coconut palm. The property sits back from the road for added privacy. At each street corner is an access road to the beach and ocean with views of the Progreso pier.
Once inside the home, you will find clean lines, walls of windows, and an open floor plan which help to both light and cool the home. The main room contains the living and dining areas as well as a modern kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and air conditioning to boot. The adjacent fully tiled bathroom features a large shower and window for natural light. Unlike many homes, this one features windows on all sides being setback from the adjoining properties as a stand alone house. It is also fully screened from mosquitoes.
This relaxing setting is the ideal retreat for a couple, however, the house can comfortably accommodate a family of four or visiting friends with its two ample, air conditioned bedrooms.
Just outside the kitchen and guest bedroom doors at the rear of the home sits a brand new filtered pool with decorative tile wall.
